Some view it great. Thus, they gave it names like Nigerian English,
North American English, British English to mention but a few.
I can see no reason to die for acquiring an accent as that postulates
such a person as ashamed of his/her L1. This acct is rampant in many
''Yankee wannabes'' who even on most cases went abroad for only two
weeks!!! It is also exhibited by some footballers playing in foreign
leagues! Thanks to Papillo (Nwankwo Kanu) for he is not among the
culprits.
As usual, he made us proud!
